Phil Trask joins AdvantaClean as CFO
Brings Over 30 Years of Financial Leadership Experience to AdvantaClean
Huntersville, NC – June 1, 2008 – AdvantaClean today announced that it has named Phil Trask as Chief Financial Officer, reporting to Jeff Dudan, AdvantaClean’s President and Chief Executive Officer. His appointment was effective on May 20, 2008.
Trask’s financial leadership experience includes nine years as CFO of Pepsi, Canada, seven years as Vice President – Corporate Banking for Bank of America, and 10 years as CFO of a non-profit organization. Most recently, Trask owned and operated a successful manufacturing and distribution company.

Trask holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature from Colgate University and an MBA in Finance and Investments from Babson College.
