AdvantaClean launches Heating and Air Franchise in Central Florida with the affiliate’s purchase of a new franchise in Orlando.
The Company’s affiliate, Loss Control and Recovery, Inc. purchased the AdvantaClean Heating and Air territory which includes the affluent city of Winter Park, Florida, as well as several other adjoining areas.
The first day of business was August 15, 2007. By leveraging a customer base that has been acquired over 14 years of operating in market, the new business unit was able to secure and produce over $17,000 in new HVAC business during the first 45 days of operation. Just as valuable, the company was able to sign several ongoing service agreements with commercial facilities and multi-unit residential properties, indicating a bright future for sustainable revenues in this market.
The HVAC business roll-out was led by Dru Carpenito, from the Corporate Office, and Steve Hurte, a 14 year veteran with the company in Central Florida and HVAC license holder.
